Did you know that we are creatures of habit?
Can you recognize a habit that you have in your life, especially one that you would like to change?
Here are the steps to changing that habit and changing it fast:
Step 1:
Recognize the habit
Step 2:
Every time it comes up, redirect yourself to the new habit you want to form. In other words, do the new action that you want to adopt instead.
Step 3:
Catch that old habit every time and redirect it. It's practice and if you're diligent to catch and redirect you can change the old habit in a couple hours.
